2026 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT
Our 75-room facility located in Fatih has taken steps in the field of sustainability throughout 2026 and has made progress in fulfilling its environmental, social, cultural and economic responsibilities. This report has been prepared in line with the 2026 data and sustainability goals, and is shaped according to the GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) criteria. The aim is to monitor the performance of our efforts to meet the requirements of sustainable tourism, to evaluate our achievements and to determine our targets for 2025.

  1. Management and Sustainability Management
    Our facility has adopted sustainability management as a fundamental part of its business strategy. Various policies and practices have been developed regarding environmental, social and economic sustainability issues.
    Management Structure:
  • Sustainability management is supervised by top management.
  • Employees are informed about sustainability and their performance is monitored.
  • Annual sustainability targets have been set and implemented for 2025.
    Goals:
  • To review and improve the management system every year.
  • To achieve environmental targets for 2026.
  1. Environmental Sustainability
    Environmental sustainability is one of the fundamental priorities for our facility.
    2.1. Energy Consumption and Efficiency
    Electricity Consumption:
  • 2025 Data: A total of 8,319 kWh of electricity was consumed.
  • 2026 Target: A 10% reduction to 7,487 kWh is targeted.
    Electricity Per Guest:
  • Based on average occupancy, an estimated consumption of approximately 28 kWh/guest per night has been made.
    Measures Taken:
  • LED lighting systems and energy-efficient appliances have been preferred.
  • Sensor-controlled lighting systems have been implemented in the rooms.
    2.2. Water Use and Efficiency
    Water Consumption:
  • 2025 Data: A total of 278 m³ of water was consumed annually.
  • 2026 Target: A 10% reduction to 250 m³ is planned. Water per Guest:
  • Average consumption is estimated at 0.28 m³/guest per night.
    Measures Taken:
  • Low-flow taps and shower heads are used.
  • Periodic leak checks are performed.
    2.3. Waste Management
    Our facility is developing practices for the separation and recycling of its waste.
    Goals:
  • A 10% reduction in paper, plastic, and organic waste is targeted.
    Measures Taken:
  • Waste is separated according to type and delivered to the relevant companies.
  • Information cards are used to raise awareness of recycling among guests.
  1. Social and Cultural Sustainability
    Our facility contributes to the local community and supports the preservation of cultural heritage.
    Applications:
  • The regional economy is supported by working with local suppliers.
  • The majority of employees are selected from Fatih and its surroundings.
  • Guests are informed about the historical and cultural values ​​of the surrounding area.
  1. Sustainable Tourism Performance Monitoring
    Environmental data was monitored monthly in 2025 and an annual evaluation was made.
    Targets set for 2026:
  • 10% reduction in electricity consumption.
  • 10% reduction in water consumption.
  • 10% reduction in waste production. – Maintaining and increasing the proportion of local workforce.
    Results and 2026 Targets
    Our facility in Fatih has taken significant steps in the areas of environmental and social sustainability in 2025. In line with the targets set for 2026, we aim to further improve our performance, reduce energy and water consumption, improve waste management and strengthen relations with the local community.
